Return & Refund
- The detailed review of the goods before signing received the shipment of your order is recommended. Once received and signed the bill of lading of the merchandise is considered delivered to customer satisfaction, which will be under review as appropriate, depending on the returns will be accepted.
- Refunds apply only when:
* If a mistake article by Walfort International.
* The product this poorly manufactured.

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange of goods. Returned items must not have been used, they must be in their state and in their original packaging.
- Emaill us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 working days of receiving your goods and send via email a Form Return, which will be valid for 10 working days. Please return the item within 10 business at the address provided at the time Return Form is requested days. Once we receive the goods, we will contact you to make sure you receive refund or exchange within the next 30 working days.
- The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- If the item return is made after the deadline of 10 working days without Form return, the company will suspect that the item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer, without warranty purposes.

Walfort International works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. For the same reason we do not warrant the cancellation once the order is passed. If you need to cancel your order we ask us know by email as soon as possible to email@example.com and we will try to cancel the order.
